Posturo is a small desktop app that helps you keep comfortable posture during the day. It gives subtle, friendly reminders on your screen—like “lift your chin a little” or “relax shoulders”—so you don’t end the day with a stiff neck.

The best part? Posturo works entirely on your device. Your camera image never leaves your computer. No cloud uploads, no background tracking, no ads.

Why privacy comes first

  • No accounts, no uploads. Posturo doesn’t send video or photos anywhere.
  • Works offline. You can use Posturo without an internet connection.
  • You’re in control. Pause anytime, choose when the camera is used, and delete local data with one click.
  • No third-party trackers. We don’t sell, share, or mine your data—because we don’t collect it.

How Posturo works (simple version)

  1. On-device check: With your permission, Posturo looks at your webcam feed only on your computer and detects a few simple body points (like head and shoulders).
  2. Quick posture read: It turns those points into a tiny, temporary set of numbers to understand your head tilt and shoulder position.
  3. Gentle cue, then forget: If something drifts for a while, you’ll see a soft nudge on screen. Those numbers are kept locally and are not saved unless you choose to track progress.
Posturo never stores video. If you enable “progress,” it only saves small posture scores (numbers) on your device so you can see trends. You can export or delete them anytime.

What you’ll notice

  • Soft, timely nudges instead of constant pop-ups.
  • Short check-ins you can snooze or dismiss.
  • A calm dashboard that shows simple trends (e.g., “fewer slouch moments this week”)—only if you turn it on.

What Posturo does not do

  1. Open Posturo and choose Privacy-first setup (default).
