Distance Sales Agreement

1. Scope

This Distance Sales Agreement explains the remote sale of Posturo subscriptions, add-ons, and account services through our website, downloads, and support channels.

2. Order Formation and Confirmation

Selecting a plan and submitting payment on posturo.ai sends an offer to Posturo; we confirm via email and enable your account immediately. The confirmation email also includes the selected plan, billing cadence, and cancellation instructions.

3. Delivery of the Service

  • Access granted: we activate your Posturo account and license as soon as payment clears.
  • You may download Posturo for macOS or Windows from the App Store or Microsoft Store using the same credentials.
  • Receipts & invoices: we email the invoice to the address you provided; ask support for copies.

4. Right of Withdrawal

You have a 14‑day right to withdraw from this Distance Sales Agreement starting on the day the contract is concluded. Because Posturo delivers the service immediately after your confirmation and activation, the right to withdraw expires once you explicitly request immediate access; we will still stop future renewals when you cancel. 5. Payment, Fees & Taxes

  • Plans: monthly and annual subscriptions that renew automatically.
  • Payment methods: credit card, bank transfer, or store billing handled through our payment provider.
  • Taxes: prices exclude VAT/GST where applicable; the final invoice shows the exact tax amount.

6. Your Responsibilities

  • Keep your account credentials secure and do not share them.
  • Maintain an updated macOS or Windows device with a functioning camera for posture tracking.
  • Promptly report any issues to support so we can keep your posture coaching uninterrupted.

7. Support & Updates

Posturo includes automatic updates and customer support for active subscriptions. We respond to support@posturo.com within one business day and provide upgrade notices in advance.
