2. Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country).
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and all activity under your account.

3. Plans, Billing & Cancellations

• Free: limited features as described on our site.
• Pro: subscription billed monthly in advance; renews automatically until cancelled.
• Cancelling: you can cancel anytime; access remains until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: fees are generally non‑refundable for the current billing period except where required by law.
• Taxes: prices may exclude applicable taxes, which will be added where required.

4. Fair Use & Prohibited Conduct

• No reverse engineering, scraping, interfering with or overloading the Services.
• No unlawful, infringing, or harmful content or behavior.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

Posturo, including all software, designs, and content (excluding your content), is owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable laws. You receive a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use the Services.

6. User Content & Feedback

If you submit feedback or content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty‑free license to use it to improve and operate the Services. You represent you have all necessary rights to provide such content.

7. Third‑Party Services

We may link to or integrate third‑party services. We are not responsible for those services, which are governed by their own terms and policies.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non‑infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the amounts you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Posturo and its affiliates from claims arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate the Services or your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ends.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey, without regard to conflict of laws. Courts of Istanbul, Turkey shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
